There are many official rules to netball. The goal shooter must have at least one leg within the circle of net. The ball cannot be touched by any player, not even the goalkeeper. The ball can only be moved by a player for 1.5 steps. The ball can only be shot by one player, and the shooter must not be a Goal Attacker. If the ball falls through the ringed hoop, it is a goal. Other rules include the prohibition of players grabbing the ball from another player, traveling with it or holding it for longer than three second.
The goal shooter should be able to keep one foot inside of the circle
The umpire could be a player by raising his or her arms in the direction of play, and saying "advantage!" A goal shooter must have one foot inside the circle before shooting. The ball must remain in midair for at least 1 second before it can be scored.
Goal keeper must block the shot
Netball is a game that has a goalkeeper as a key player. Their primary function is to stop shots from hitting the net. They are identified by the initials they have on the backside of the court. They must keep in the most defensive part of the court, closest to where the net is.
Contact is allowed
In netball, contact is allowed between players. Contact between two players is only permitted if the other player is not infringing their play. Any contact between players that hinders the movement of an opponent is considered obstruction and may result in a penalty pass.

Centre player must keep one foot in the circle

World Netball has adopted a policy against doping in sport. This is in keeping with the WADA prohibition against the use or attempted use of banned substances. The position reflects an effort to promote fair competition as well as the welfare of athletes. World Netball doesn't discriminate against athletes who are not from the organization, and will take non-members into international tournaments.
